What the FAQ

Here is a little about my process. If you have a specific question,

How much do you charge?

My rates are based on the project scope, level of difficulty, and due date. You can fill out my contact form, and I will email you a quick free estimate. If you decide to move forward with the project, a formal quote will be created, which will go into detail about all the aspects of the project.

I offer hourly rates for ongoing assignments. Email me to find out my current hourly rate

What does the cost include?

My rates include my creative brief, design process, three revision rounds, and final source files. Additional fees apply for further revisions.

Do you offer price-matching?

Design is not a commodity. As you choose the right designer for your project, I prefer clients who understand the value of my work and its process.

What source files do you provide?

I work with industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Corel, etc.) The source files are usually determined by the type and final destination of the project. Most of my work is created in vector format. Files are generally delivered in but are not limited to EPS, SVG, PLT, PDF, JPEG, and PNG formats.

What is your standard time frame for projects?

The size and type of project determine the average time frame of any project. The time frame is also based on completing the creative brief, the research involved, and the number of revisions. Constant communication with the client is central to the overall workflow and time frame of any project. Average brand identity project takes three weeks to completion

How do you deliver concepts?

All concepts are delivered via email as an image or PDF file. A design brief of the ideas will accompany them.

How soon do you deliver concepts?

In most design projects, I deliver concepts in a fairly reasonable time. In most logo design projects, I will provide ideas within five business days. A date for the delivery of images will be confirmed in the formal quote for the project.

What is your payment policy?

In most cases, I require a 50% deposit to start any project and the remaining balance after completion and before the delivery of the files. Preferred payment methods are Venmo, Apple Cash, CashApp, or PayPal.
Other arrangements can be made for ongoing assignments.

Do you charge a rush fee?

I require a 40% rush fee for any project due within 24 hours of being quoted. Also, if any revisions or work is needed over the weekend, it will be subject to a rush fee.

How do you deliver the final files?

Once payment is processed, source files will be delivered electronically in a ZIP file.
